Communication is important. As human is naturally born as homo sociologicus that needs to interact each other, communication becomes the very medium to share understanding, values, opinion, and even knowledge. Through communication, people can live together on the same earth as equal human. The absence of communication with others can firmly lead to the disorientation of life due to being the basic need. In another word, the existence of human being can be meaningless without the existence of communication each other.
As a matter of fact the ignorance over the important of communication has resulted a lot of failures to build family peace and harmony. Since communication mediates any given differences between couples, ignoring it will have to bring about some potential problem and even conflicts. What kind of matter which come to serious effect while all married-couples must communicate each other along their pre and after wedding periods?
In this case we have to realize that communication shouldn’t be defined as the exchange of information between people only. It is to be far deeper about how to create two-way communication model. Accordingly, each member of parents, father or mother, has to play as both communicator and communicant as well. When a father becomes a subject of communication for instance, he has to play the role of being a communicant as well. Hence each of parents can be either subject or object at the same moment with the same content of topics. This is what we called as two way communication in general.
Realizing that people cannot be absolutely same and equal in ratio, communication with the principle of sincerity and integrity contribute to the sense of both sympathy and empathy altogether. Both matters are to be consumed by the so-called emotion. Each of parents can pleasingly accept the difference from each other due to the given emotional appeal put first before each personal mind. Eventually everything can be just simply done and handled. In short, none will deny that communication is really important.
